It is best to focus on sweeter juicing recipes at first. Use fruits and sweeter vegetables like carrots. This way, kids will enjoy the taste and get plenty of nutrients. It is important to mix it up and use a variety of produce. If your kids dislike the taste of vegetables, use the sweeter ones to mask the flavor. Don’t overdo it with the sweet produce, as they do contain sugar, and too much is a bad thing.
