Here at United Articles we will be teaching you how to jump higher today.  The best part about jumping is that it’s something most people can do and everyone can improve their vertical leaping ability.  Lets look at some great exercises you can do at home to start jumping higher fast.

Jump Squats-  These are great because you don’t need any equipment, you simply use your own body weight.  You squat down and then jump up as high as you can and land going into another squat.  These are done quickly and you need to try to get as high as you can each and every time you jump.  Keep the reps low so that you can get high each time you jump.  Do 4 sets of 8 reps.
