Because these cruises have a purpose of covering as much ground as possible, it creates a relaxing type of vacation. This is not going to be one of those cruises where you are quickly going from one port to another for sightseeing. The main reason people opt for these though is the cost savings- the per-diem cost is typically much lower than a traditional cruise. If you are flexible and creative, you could get a great deal!
