Who cares if you have acne?  What is the point in spending thousands of dollars to get an acne scar remvoalsurgery or pay for special creams to put on your face so other people will think you look better?  Sometimes it can be irriating all the pressure to improve your looks, dress, speech patterns, intelligence, who you know; sometimes it would be nice to just be yourself.  If your self wants to get rid of the acne there is some good antibiotics combined with exfoliate combinations that can be very effective.  If you have acne scars some of the new laser treatments are effective plus they also remove wrinkles.  Unless either are causing you pain I wouldn’t say you have to see a doctor for any of these.
