I have found that most people in America want to exercise, but don’t. They come up with a thousand different excuses, but the most common excuse for not exercising that I hear is the “I don’t have time to exercise” excuse.

However, if you can find a way to create space for your exercise equipment at home, then you won’t have that excuse any more (since you can almost certainly find a way to work out 15-20 minutes a day at home). Even swimming can now be done inside your home with indoor lap pools, such as the Endless Lap pool. These indoor lap pools actually can go on your deck or even inside your home, making it very easy to access, thus helping your achieve your fitness goals.
