Mainstream food websites are also becoming a better source of gluten free recipes. Originally, only specialized websites were sources of information on different products, ingredients and mixes, but now even regular food websites will often have a selection of gluten free recipes. Blogs can be excellent sources of information and it is often possible to get feedback from the writer if you have any questions or comments. Gluten free does not need to mean taste free. If you are creative and dedicated you should be able to find a wealth of information on gluten free recipes and ingredients you can substitute. A great example of this is gluten free bread, which is probably number one on most people’s list to eat once they go gluten free.
