Weight loss hypnosis works by introducing suggestions into the mind at a level underlying conscious awareness, so that an individual’s automatic processes can be manipulated and their behaviors can be strongly influenced.
There are many different forms of weight loss hypnosis, but with the increasing prevalence of weight loss surgery, gastric band hypnosis could become a more popular alternative.This is because the level of significance in the public mind plays a large role in a hypnotic intervention’s effectiveness.
