Getting all the windows covered in a new home can be a huge expense. Most people, when buying blinds, will buy a couple here or there as needed, but when it’s the middle of summer, and you have just moved into a new home that has nothing, you don’t have a choice but to buy in bulk.
As a result, we need to find cheap curtains and blinds for our kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms (ours and the two kids). I’m willing to put in the extra research needed to make sure we get the best deal we can, and I’m hoping that because we are buying so many all at once, the retailer we end up choosing will give us a better price. At this stage it looks like an online store is going to be the way to go, the prices are so much cheaper.
