How A P90X Review Saved My ACL

Just a few years ago I tore my ACL (anterior cruciate ligament). I was dancing at a party when I got a little crazy and did a jump and a kick. When I landed on my non-kicking leg, I felt a sudden pop like someone swung a steel baseball bat at the back of my left leg.

I looked around, bewildered and confused. All my friends just looked at me oddly, like I was crazy or something. But nobody was behind me and the pop I felt was just in my knee. It was suddenly incredibly sore and I could barely walk.

So after I learned about the injury, I had the surgery and did the physical therapy. But despite how everyone told me that I would be just like new, I never regained the same confident flexibility in my knee. Until I read a p90x review.

After I discovered the P90X and worked through it for a couple months, my knee regained a strength and flexibility it hadn’t had in many years. The combination of strength and flexibility training really helped me get my knee back to tip-top form.
