The classical businessman suits everyday and heads into the office.  Frequently they are able to wear business casual wear, tie or no tie included.  There are a two accessories that every businessman should have, regardless of their budget.  The first accessory is the watch.  Next to a wedding ring, the watch is the only jewelry item a man should wear.  The watch should be understated and simple, unless you want to look like a snobby guy or a flashy and too young guy.  A metal band, and solid color face is a good choice.  If you go with leather, choose a black or brown band.  Never wear a sports watch, or a watch with rubber band, those are too casual.  The second item is a briefcase, hard or soft.  Most businessmen have a laptop that they take to work with them, and a proper laptop carrying case is essential.  A slim briefcase, either a leather briefcase or metal briefcase, will give any businessman a classic and clean look, making them appear well put together.
