One of the great natural remedies for adult acne is to use an Aloe Vera plant to help stop breakouts and reduce scarring from acne. This only works if you have an aloe plant growing around your home, but fortunately you can find them in many different plant stores. Once you have an aloe plant at home, it is very easy to use it to help with your acne. All you have to do is break off one of the leaves and rub the white substance inside on your zits or acne scars. Aloe has many different compounds inside it that are good for your skin, and is usually used as a treatment for sunburn. However, aloe also has antiseptic compounds that can be used to fight the bacterium that causes acne. Additionally, the other compounds in aloe will help stop new acne scars from forming and help to fade other ones over a period of time.
