Enhance Your Self Esteem

Nowadays way too many people feel miserable about themselves. You have to stop and ask, “Is this what life is supposed to be about?” A quick remedy for this sad feeling is to really try and enhance your self esteem. It may not happen at first, but there are some tried and true practices which can help. In order to build your self esteem, think about other people a little more than you do already. Try to do one extra thing nice for someone and see what happens to your own feelings about yourself. Just don’t fall into the trap of escaping your own reality by giving too much. That is called codependency. The only way to know the difference is to be true within yourself. Don’t lie to yourself. With a plan like this it can be fun to do a little experimenting with what does and doesn’t work in terms of giving oneself a little boost in the self esteem department.
