Many people are wondering if they are to have their tattoos removed if they will have unsightly scars that are left in their place. The traditional method of tatoo removal, is done with lasers. With laser tattoo removal, specialize lasers are used to bombard the area of skin that is holding the tatoo ink. When the skin is subjected to these laser treatments, the skin is actually burnt. Blisters often form, and scarring is often a result of the process. Other methods of tattoo removal such as tatoo removal creams, TCA tattoo removal, and high intensity light therapy are reported to produce scarring. In some cases, scarring is minimal but is still quite visible due to the natural pigmentation of the patients skin. Those with dark complexions are more likely to see any resulting scarring.
