The best known exercise to lose belly fat is the abdomen crunch. This is a great abdomen tightening and strengthening exercise that is used around the world to develop the mid section area.
An ab crunch is done by laying on your back on the floor. You then place your legs on something like a weight bench so that they are raised and bent at the knee. This is the resting position of the ab crunch. To do the crunch you must raise the top half of your body so that your chest meets your knees. You then slowly lower your top half back to the original started position.
The ab crunch exercise should be done at least 30 times a day and every day. The results of this exercise will begin to show within a month of starting. This exercise is great for burning fat around the abdomen area and is also great for strengthening the mid range section.
