I have just moved into my new home but the problem with it is that the old owners did not use the garage to put their cars in. Instead they just used it for storage. I have a really nice cars so the last thing I want to do is allow it to deteriorate in the weather not to mention we have a pine tree that has limbs right over the driveway. I really don’t want sap to drip onto my car! I am going to install one of the garage door opener into our garage over the weekend even though we have not completely finished unpacking yet. I don’t think it will be too hard to install it. I hear that there are a few things I need to keep in mind before buying one because there are many different types of garage door openers.
